Monday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Order prep, QC, packaging, and labeling.
Tuesday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Carrier handoff, tracking, corrections, and customer updates.
Wednesday–Sunday
Online ordering remains open. Regular fulfillment resumes Monday.
WEEKLY ORDER CUTOFF:
Under normal volume, orders received by Sunday at 8:00 PM Central enter the next available Tuesday shipping run.
Orders placed after the cutoff move to the following available Tuesday run.
HIGH-VOLUME RELEASES:
During high-volume releases, checkout stays open and the posted ship-by date moves. (Orders are fulfilled oldest-first).
During high-volume releases, the current ship-by date will be displayed at the top of the website.
Tracking information is emailed after carrier handoff. Carrier travel time begins after handoff and is separate from Baked Chicken’s fulfillment schedule.
Questions and order corrections are reviewed during our Monday–Tuesday fulfillment window. Address corrections should be submitted as soon as possible.
